Singapore	Free Shipping (2-4 working days):  Free on orders S$30 and above. Tracked delivery. Express Shipping (1-2 working days): Fees apply based on distance from warehouse in Woodlands. Third-party courier services (Lalamove / Grab / Pandago). Select Google-provided address at checkout to view rates. Not available on weekends / public holidays. Standard Shipping (2-4 working days):  S$2.99 on orders S$10-S$20. Tracked delivery. Small Item Shipping (2-4 working days):  S$4.99 on orders below S$10. Tracked delivery.

International Orders, Customs & Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, import fees, and value-added tax (VAT) imposed by the destination country. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that payment of these charges is your sole responsibility.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with the customs regulations and import requirements of their destination country. We are also not liable for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

International orders may be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. If applicable, the recipient is responsible for accepting the shipment and paying any customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges required for delivery. Failure to pay these charges or accept the shipment may result in the package being abandoned or returned in accordance with the carrier's or customs authority's policies.

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected by the recipient, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
